Exercise is Superior to Drugs
We have known for five years that an exercise program is superior to comprensive drug programs for cardiovascular care, in terms of reducing the rate of death. Now we learn that two hours of physical activity per day reduces mortality in the 70 and over crowd by 69%, compared to a sedentary lifestyle. It is fascinating that mainstream media is failing to point out that these results are far superior to the billions of dollars in drugs that are being forced on seniors.
